The location is very convenient, just a short walk away from the center of town. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony offering stunning views over the valley and Ella Rock. The A/C in the rooms is a great addition, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast includes fresh fruit and juices, a perfect way to start the day.
All in all, this hotel was a fantastic place to stay.

First of all, the location of this hotel is fantastic. It's just a short stroll from the center of town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Ella. Plus, the hotel offers stunning views from the rooms with balconies, allowing you to take in the beauty of the valley.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we didn't encounter any major issues.

This hotel is located quite close to the center, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help guests feel comfortable. Rooms offer a beautiful view of the surrounding natural scenery. Facilities like a safe, as well as a delicious breakfast, are available to guests.
Like some other hotels, it seems that there have been some security issues concerning room locks.

the Sri Lankan cuisine was authentic and delicious, especially the coconut roti and Sri Lankan omelette. the employees were accommodating and didn't mind us drinking beers and playing cards on the balcony. the bed was comfortable, ensuring I had great nights of sleep. we enjoyed excellent views and a convenient location.
The hotel had a few areas of improvement. There were power outages that caused trouble with the internet connectivity, air conditioning, and hot water availability.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the staff was friendly and helpful. , the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
The hotel was not as advertised. The room was not clean nor was it well-maintained.
